CASE STUDY: BAKERY
A bakery asked RMI to evaluate its recycling efforts. Basically, the bakery followed no program, and management felt guilty about their waste. They also wanted to lower their landfill fees.
RMI agreed to take the plastic waste and provided a baler to process the plastic film packaging. Not only that, but because RMI is able to handle multiple materials, RMI agreed to buy the aluminum foil scrap at a price almost twice what the bakery had been receiving.
