How would a standard agreement be structured with RMI?
RMI provides
- Analysis and specifications for your recycling program
- A trailer, or other container, for storing scrap material
- Swap-out service when the trailer is full
- Monthly statements of material received
- Payment around the third week of the month following the statement
As our Customer, you
- Keep your different types of waste separate
- Load all scrap material into the trailer (in addition to plastic, material may also include, but is not limited to, scrap metal and paper packaging)
- Call us to swap containers when full
- Enjoy your savings, because recycling is good business
What happens if we send co-mingled scrap?
Co-mingled material is worth significantly less than sorted material. Deductions will be made for contamination and for any necessary disposal of trash. We will work with you to determine the best way to keep your waste streams separated.
